My name is David Revoy
, and I'm a French illustrator
I am 32 years old, and I have more than 10 years of experience as a freelancer.
I have a bachelor’s degree in design/art, but most of my artistic education came from self-training.
That's why I prefer to consider myself a self-taught artist.
I work remotely from my home-studio for book or board-games publishers and digital media publishing firms from all around the world.
I also work occasionally on:
- art-direction, concept-art
or visual development
for video games and movies.
and doing educational materials, workshops, etc.
For more information about my freelance services, please go to the 'Services

I'm also involved with contributing to the development of open-source solutions since 2009.
I was a pioneer in using open-source digital-painting solutions on Linux for my professional usage.
This personal choice is totally transparent for my clients, as I keep working with the same files, formats, standards, etc...
